About Alexander Kuiava
Mission: Kreativität in Menschen kultivieren
Alexander Kuiava ist ein Neuemedienkünstler, Content- und Filmproduzent. CEO des österreichischen Videoproduktionsstudios LIME ART GROUP (FrontFX Group) und Mitbegründer der Content-Produktionsgruppe Nektar Digital.
Er ist der Erfinder eigener Techniken zur Erstellung von Projektionsmapping-Shows und unterrichtet an der Schule für Neue Medienkunst, Frontskill. Als Experte für Informationstechnologien und Neue Medien ist er auch ein digitaler Unternehmer und sozialer Investor.

Da ich ein wenig Angst hatte, dass 5 Studienjahre an der Universität vergeudet werden könnten, da die daraus resultierende Spezialisierung auf den Abschluss möglicherweise weltweit nicht gefragt ist, habe ich ständig allein und unter Einhaltung strenger Disziplin studiert. Ich beherrschte mehrere Jahre selbstständig Computerprogramme zur Erstellung digitaler Materialien, Tolls und virtueller Umgebungen.
Hochschulbildung
Parallel absolvierte ich dazu mein Studium in der Fachrichtung „Management“ und meine Tätigkeit in einer Marketingagentur gab mir die Möglichkeit, mein Praktikum in der Unterhaltungs- und Werbebranche zu absolvieren. Heute erwarb ich meinen zweiten Hochschulabschluss in der Fachrichtung „Konstruktive Ökologie und Permakultur“, um zu lernen, wie man Gartenlandschaften schafft, die auf die Kultivierung der Kreativität bei den Menschen ausgerichtet sind.
Streben nach Idealen
Ich erkunde gerne neue Branchen und Geschäftsthemen, erschaffe Projekte, Produkte, die noch nicht auf dem Markt waren, fokussiert auf den Bereich der audiovisuellen Kunst in natürlichen Kontexten. Ich möchte wirklich eine Gesellschaft schaffen, in der Schönheit und die nachhaltige Entwicklung zu den zentralen Kräften einer neuen Ära werden!

Zeit
Ich entwickle kreative Materialien für neue Medien, Kunstprojekte und Unterhaltungsindustrie, die sich an unterschiedliche Branchenformate anpassen lassen und unabhängig von den Besonderheiten der Gegenwart oder zukünftigen Trends sind.
Ort
Ich schaffe ein reales und virtuelles Design des Mediums und der Umgebung zur hochwertigen Kultivierung von Kreativität. Ich baue neue Formen für die kreative Expansion meiner Ideen, sowie der Ideen anderer kreativer Persönlichkeiten.
Mensch
Da ich über die Zeitressourcen und den Raum verfüge, versuche ich mit pochendem Herzen, das Sein zu bejahen und das notwendige Gleichgewicht in natürlichen Kontexten zu finden. Die Manifestation von Kunst und die Umsetzung Implementierung des eigenen Wissens. Mission: Kultivierung der Kreativität in den Menschen.

My Story
Seit mehr als 10 Jahren “ziehe ich” verschiedene Abstraktionen aus meinem Kopf, die meiner Familie ein komfortables Leben ermöglichen und mir Leichtigkeit und Glückseligkeit schenken.
Kunst? Die Kunst des Lebens!
Mein erstes Geld verdiente ich, indem ich meinen Klassenkameraden bei SoundForge Klingeltöne schnitt, in der Schule Bigboard-Wandzeitungen erstellte und nahm Nasenkorrekturen in Photoshop für Mädchen einer Modelagentur vor.
Heute habe ich einige Unternehmen in verschiedenen Rechtsformen, mehr als 30.000 Kunden, mehr als 8 Terabyte des eigenen Content. Es wird ein neues Kunststudio gebaut und ich habe eine konkrete Vision, was ich weiter zu tun habe. Wie bin ich dazu gekommen?

Film studio and modeling agency in Lutsk
While still studying at school, my consciousness was captured by art house cinema. I was looking for opportunities to become a cool director at the age of 15… One day the doors of the Volyn film Studio opened for me and the masters of cinematography and directing Boris Pavlovich Revenko and Valery Nikolaevich Belov gave me an excellent base knowledge for further work. The first photo exhibitions, amateur film festivals, the first diplomas and awards.
At the same time, the directorate of the Lutsk Modeling Agency saw my first works in Photoshop and offered me one of the first jobs. That way I could do what I like, improving the vision of the frame and the processing technique in Photoshop.
2006 – 2007
Advertising company, video editing and motion design
While editing my films and music clips in Adobe Premiere and feeling the needs of the market, I realized more and more that you can’t earn enough for a living and make a name by only editing. I categorically refused to shoot weddings. The way out is studying new programs.
The basics of video editors served as a good base to further study of After Effects. While experimenting with video effects, I learned how to create beautiful effects and titles. Later that was seen by the founders of the advertising agency. So my path and skills from the film industry crystallized into a career as a video designer.
Over the following years, I created about 1000 commercials for big screens and local television. Moreover, I’ve got not only in video design skills, but also skill of communication with customers, corporate culture and ethics, as well as the ability to count money. But the most interesting thing is that according to one of the founders’ of the advertising agency plan, they wanted to create an additional company – a video studio for creating commercials and 3d visualizations. So later, the LIME ART GROUP company was created, which I carried in my life until today.
2008 – 2009
Marketing agency and event management
The world of advertising is closely connected with the industry of show business and entertainment. By outsourcing video content for events, I understood the technology of organizing events more and more.
The experience of working in a marketing and event agency gave me an understanding of specific solutions for events that I organized in following years: Upfest International Art Festival, film screenings, rock concerts, graffiti festivals, as well as Drum-n-Bass parties.
2010 – 2011
VJing in Ukraine and the first mentor
Increasing my portfolio of video works and the number of clients’ locations, I was noticed in Kiev. The technical director of a large, international event production company became my mentor. Since 2010, I have been involved in numerous big concert events in Ukraine, live broadcasts with top officials of the state, and also developed video content for many Ukrainian pop stars.
The event company has started having more and more clients abroad. And with it, my experience in VJing and quantity of tours of the CIS countries were growing. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan.
2012 – 2013
International projects and moving to Austria
It turned out fate had other plans for me. While being at the peak of fame in Ukraine in 2010-2012, being well-known in my hometown, having a large, country-wide Ukrainian customers base, contractors, having a large request for future orders, not mentioning that I was standing well with company’s top management, I had to leave all this and move to Austria for permanent residence.
After registering my company in Austria, I have started positioning my activity and Europe and the whole world opened up for me. The first projects were in Austria, Jordan, Turkey, Italy, Poland, Germany.
2014 – 2015
Eurovision and changing the format
Having worked in most countries of the Eurasian continent and received an order to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest. I decided that this should be the apogee of my work as a video designer. I realized what Forces are standing off behind me. Since 2012, I have been simultaneously engaged in creating content for sale on the Internet.
Eurovision and several other Austrian projects became a turning point. Having lost interest in big events while ceasing to consume alcohol and tobacco in any quantities, I radically changed the format of my interaction with the world and clients.
2016 – 2017
Sponsorship of art projects and art-gallery in Vienna
I used to come to clients, now I wanted everyone to come to me. In 2015, I have opened an art gallery in Vienna in the Josefstadt cultural district. After several years of traveling and big concerts, I decided to close up in the studio for “laboratory work” – production of new content, my new art projects.
At the same time, I started sponsoring international video art festivals, organized exhibitions of Austrian artists in the gallery, published a magazine about VJing and video art. In 2016, I have begun to master musical composing and released my first album Warriors Light.
2018 – 2019
Photo studio in Ukraine
Being abroad, I felt that I was obliged to contribute to the development of the new Ukraine. At the end of 2017, my expansion began. I founded an advertising campaign, the SPECTRUM media group. I opened a creative space, a photo studio and invested in a number of social projects in Lutsk. We built the first chromakey in the photo studio and started shooting video content for the future media projects.
2020 – 2021
Fotopark and New Projects
In 2019, I bought a plot of land and our photo studio was transformed into a whole FOTOPARK. At the moment, the construction and planning of the landscape design of our open space is underway. Also in 2021, my team began preparations for the organization of the international festival of light “LUTSK LIGHTS”

Während meiner Schulzeit blieb das Arthouse-Kino in meinem Bewusstsein gefangen. Ich suchte nach Möglichkeiten, mit 15 Jahren ein cooler Regisseur zu werden. Eines schönen Tages öffneten sich für mich die Türen des Volyn Filmstudios und der Meister der Kamerakunst Boris Pavlovich Revenko und der Regisseur Valery Nikolayevich Belov schufen mir eine hervorragende Basis für meine weitere Arbeit. Erste Fotoausstellungen, Amateurfilmfestivals, erste Diplome und Auszeichnungen.
Parallel dazu sah die Geschäftsführung der Lutsker Modelagentur meine ersten Arbeiten in Photoshop und bot mir eine der ersten Arbeitsstelle an. So konnte ich tun, was ich wollte, indem ich die Bildansicht und Verarbeitungstechnik in Photoshop verbesserte.

Als ich meine Filme und Musikvideos in Adobe Premiere bearbeitete und die Bedürfnisse des Marktes spürte, wurde mir immer mehr klar, dass die Bearbeitung allein nicht den Lebensunterhalt bestreiten kann und man sich keinen Namen machen kann. Ich habe mich ausdrücklich geweigert, Hochzeiten zu fotografieren.
Der Ausweg ist das Erlernen neuer Programme. Die Grundlagen von Video Editoren für die Bearbeitung dienten als gute Grundlage, um After Effects weiter zu erkunden. Beim Experimentieren mit Videoeffekten lernte ich, wie man schöne Effekte, Titel, erstellt, die später von den Gründern der Werbeagentur gesehen wurden. So kristallisierten sich mein Weg und meine Fähigkeiten aus der Filmindustrie zu einer Karriere als Videodesigner heraus.

Im Laufe der folgenden Jahre habe ich etwa 1000 Werbespots für Videobildschirme und lokales Fernsehen erstellt. Darüber hinaus waren dies Fähigkeiten nicht nur im Videodesign, sondern auch in der Kommunikation mit Kunden, der Unternehmenskultur und -ethik sowie der Fähigkeit, Geld zählen zu können.
Aber das Interessanteste ist es, dass sie nach der Idee eines der Gründer der Werbeagentur, in der ich tätig war, eine zusätzliche Firma gründen wollten ein Videostudio zur Erstellung von Werbespots und 3D-Visualisierungen. So entstand später die Firma LIME ART GROUP, die ich sozusagen bis heute durch mein Leben trage.

Die Welt der Werbung ist eng mit dem Showbusiness und der Unterhaltungsindustrie verbunden. Während ich ausgelagerte Videoinhalte für Events erstellte, verstand ich zunehmend die Technologie der Organisation von Events.
Die Erfahrungen in der Marketing und Eventagentur gaben mir Einblick in konkrete Lösungen für Events, die ich in den folgenden Jahren organisiert habe: Internationales Kunstfestival Upfest, Filmvorführungen, Rockkonzerte, Graffiti-Festivals sowie Drum & Bass Partys.

Als ich mein Portfolio an Videoarbeiten und Geographie von Kunden vergrößerte, wurde ich in Kiew bemerkt. Der technische Direktor einer großen, internationalen Event-Produktionsfirma wurde mein Lehrmeister. Seit dem Jahr 2010 war ich an vielen großen Konzerten in der Ukraine beteiligt, Live Übertragungen mit Spitzenbeamten auf Landesebene.
Ich entwickelte auch Videoinhalte für viele ukrainische Popstars. Die Kunden des Eventunternehmens gingen ins Ausland. Und mit ihnen ging auch meine Erfahrung im VJing und Reisen in die GUS-Staaten: Armenien, Aserbaidschan, Kasachstan.

Es stellte sich heraus, dass das Schicksal andere Pläne für mich hatte. 2010-2012 war ich auf dem Höhepunkt meines Ruhms in der Ukraine, hatte Anerkennung in meiner Heimatstadt, einen großen, gesamtukrainischen Kundenstamm, Auftragnehmern, es bestand eine große Nachfrage nach zukünftigen Aufträgen sowie eine gewisse Gunst der Geschäftsführung mir gegenüber, musste ich das alles lassen und in die Republik Österreich zum ständigen Wohnsitz zu ziehen.
Nach der Eintragung meines Unternehmens ins Register in Österreich, positionierte ich meine Aktivitäten, öffnete sich Europa und die ganze Welt für mich. Erste Projekte in Österreich, Jordanien, Türkei, Italien, Polen, Deutschland.

Nachdem ich in den meisten Ländern des eurasischen Kontinents gearbeitet und einen Auftrag zur Teilnahme am Eurovision Song Contest erhalten hatte, entschied ich für mich, dass dies der Höhepunkt meiner Arbeit als Videodesigner sein sollte. Es war mir bewusst, welche Kräfte hinter mir stehen.
Seit dem Jahr 2012 erstelle ich parallel Inhalte für den Verkauf im Internet. Eurovision und mehrere andere österreichische Projekte wurden zu einem Wendepunkt. Nachdem ich das Interesse an Großevents verloren hatte, während ich aufhörte, Alkohol und Tabak in jeglicher Menge zu konsumieren, änderte ich radikal das Format meiner Interaktion mit der Welt und den Kunden.

Früher bin ich zu Kunden gekommen, jetzt wollte ich, dass alle zu mir kommen. 2015 habe ich eine Kunstgalerie in Wien im Kulturviertel Josefstadt eröffnet. Nach einigen Jahren Reisen und großen Konzerten wollte ich im Studio für
Laborarbeiten bleiben und sich mit der Produktion neuer Inhalte, meiner neuen Kunstprojekte beschäftigen.
Gleichzeitig begann ich, internationale Videokunstfestivals zu sponsern, organisierte Ausstellungen österreichischer Künstler in der Galerie, veröffentlichte ein Magazin über VJing und Videokunst. Im Jahr 2016 begann er, musikalische Kompositionen zu meistern und gab mein erstes Album Warriors Light heraus.

Im Ausland fühlte ich mich verpflichtet, meinen eigenen Beitrag zur Entwicklung der neuen Ukraine zu leisten. Ende 2017 begann meine Expansion. Ich habe eine Werbekampagne gegründet, die SPEKTR Mediengruppe.
Er eröffnete einen Kreativraum, ein Fotostudio und investierte in eine Reihe von sozialen Projekten in der Stadt Lutsk. Im Fotostudio bauten wir den ersten Chroma-Key und begannen mit dem Filmen von Videoinhalten für nachfolgende Medienprojekte.

Im Jahr 2019 habe ich ein Grundstück gekauft und unser Fotostudio wurde in einen ganzen FOTOPARK umgewandelt. Derzeit laufen der Bau und die Planung der Landschaftsgestaltung unseres Freiraums. Ebenfalls im Jahr 2021 begann mein Team mit den Vorbereitungen für die Organisation des internationalen Lichtfestivals „LICHTSTADT“
